Enjoy a fast and convenient shopping experience with Aussie Baby’s Click & Collect service. Order online, wait for your ready-to-collect notification, then pick up your items from our Villawood warehouse.

How It Works:

1. Shop Online: Browse our website and add your favourite products to cart.
2. Select Pick Up: At checkout, choose the Pick Up option.
3. Wait for Notification: We’ll email you once your order is ready for collection.
4. Collect In-Store: Bring your confirmation email and valid photo ID when collecting your order.

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Important Information:

• Most orders are ready for collection within 1 business day, subject to stock availability.
• Please wait for your Ready for Collection email before visiting our warehouse.
• If your item is delayed due to supplier or stock availability, we’ll keep you updated.
• Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification.
