Shipping & Delivery Information

We partner with Australia Post eParcel for most of our deliveries to ensure your Aussie Baby goodies arrive safely and efficiently. Every shipment includes tracking information, so you can monitor your parcel's journey. We deliver to homes, workplaces, PO Boxes, and both rural and regional addresses across Australia.

Delivery Process

• Deliveries occur during normal weekday business hours.
• A signature is required upon delivery for proof of receipt.
• If you're not home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS*.
• If your parcel isn't linked to your MyPost account, a card will be left with instructions for collection.

Dispatch & Transit Times

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of payment verification. In most cases, it's even faster! Once dispatched, transit times typically range from 1-10 business days, depending on your location.

Important Information

• Incorrect Details & Redelivery: Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address during checkout. Buyers will be charged a redelivery fee, equivalent to the original shipping cost, for items returned due to incorrect details or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
• Address Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot redirect parcels to a different address once the checkout process is complete.

Bulky Items

For bulky items, we use StarTrack Courier or Courier Please. Please note that these couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you select a courier service for bulky items, you must provide a physical street address for delivery.

Shipping Costs

To calculate shipping costs, simply add your desired items to your cart and enter your postcode. The shipping charge will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and its destination.

International Delivery

We now ship to the US, UK, and New Zealand! Please be aware of the following:

• We do not provide estimates for any duties, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applied outside of Australia. These fees are determined by the destination country.
• The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of their destination country.

International Transit Times (Estimates):

• New Zealand: 7-12 business days
• United Kingdom: 10-18 business days
• United States: 9-12 business days
