Every parent looks forward to the moment their baby takes those very first wobbly steps. It’s a milestone that symbolises growth, confidence, and independence. But before those first unaided steps happen, many families turn to baby walkers as a way to give little ones the chance to practise movement in a safe and supportive environment. When used thoughtfully and under supervision, walkers can provide both fun and function, helping babies explore their surroundings while building essential motor skills.
Makes it much easier to do up the seatbelt around a booster seat which always seemed to be over the original buckle (Toyota RAV4)
Good to know that it meets Australian Standards too, as there are cheaper versions available that probably don't.
I used this trike a couple of times to really try it but I honestly hate it and would not recommend.
1. The harness is 3 point not 5 and the straps do not stay tight so the kids are able to easily climb out. This is a safety concern for us particularly in public that we can't trust the kids are securely in their seats.
2. We had to take the handlebars off to use the trike. We did not see an option to disengage the handlebar from the front wheel so when the child at the front was playing with the handle, it was affecting the steering and parental controls. Taking the handlebar off left a sharp end on the pole. There was no cap that came with the trike to cap off when the handlebars were not attached.
3. The front wheel does not turn sideways very far so the trike has a huge turning circle and cannot be used easily in stores with narrow or even semi narrow corners.
The little pouch bag is good and comes away for cleaning.
